  • 1.5 Hour Bodywork Sessions

      Full body CBD massage, organic immunity boosting essential oils foot massage (Thieves/Protective Blend), Rosemary-mint Keratin scalp treatment
    • Moon Blossom (prenatal) $160
      Prenatal massage is not only a wonderful, relieving experience, it's necessary relief for the pregnant body.  The hips especially are under an abnormal amount of pressure, and there is much relief to be gained and much stiffness and swelling to be avoided if regular prenatal massages are a part of pregnancy self-care protocol.  Prenatal massage is different than standard massage, it's very involved (pillows, preparation, positioning, frequent bathroom trips, etc...).  It is also highly beneficial to your baby to experience nervous system regulation and flooding of positive neurotransmitters with you.  
    • Rising Moon (Induction points only) $160
      This session is comprised of sustained pressure to a series of acupressure points known to activate uterine contractions, hopefully sending the pregnant body into labor if the baby is ready. 
    • To the Brim (postpartum care) $160

  • 2 Hour Bodywork Sessions

    • Custom Blend with Aromatherapy $200
      A luxurious, relaxing massage with DoTerra fine, potent essential oils that penetrate deeply and enter the blood stream in less than 30 seconds for an effective and aromatic relaxation experience.  These oils are used to treat anxiety, muscle fatigue, for detoxification and more.  These Aromatouch massages can retail close to $300 at high-end spas.

    • Embodiment (Emotional Processing) $200
      This is a special session specifically for people who just need space help for feelings to come up...those with emotional/trauma storage or for those experiencing grief such as a break-up, divorce, or any loss.  I use a combination of methods: verbal processing, breathwork, massage and aromatherapy. This doesn't look the same for anyone, the heart and body guide the session. The nervous system techniques used create the space for sensation/feelings to arise in a safe space.
